RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund if the item is unopened or unused. 

Please feel free to reach out to customer service should you have any questions or concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Vintage items are final sale as well. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. 

For clothing items must be unworn with tags attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return after the 30 day grace period or if an item is returned after being used or opened, tampered with in some way. 

If you need to exchange a garment or other item please email first and ensure a replacement is available. 

Popular items sell out quickly and may not be restocked because of limits from the manufacturer or designer. 

At this point as long as item is unworn and unused we will issue a full refund as long as it is retuned within the 30 day grace period from the date of purchase. 

DOMESTIC

Returns take 2-3 business days to process once received. 

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Refunds can take several business days or up to two weeks to reflect a credit back to your credit card account.

This varies depending on your bank or financial institution.
